Easy Returns & Refund Policy

At House Of Leather, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, our Easy Returns & Refund Policy makes it simple for you to exchange or return your order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • Items must be returned within 14–30 days of receiving your order (choose timeline suitable for your store).

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) is required.

  • Certain items may not be eligible for return:

    • Final sale items

    • Customized or personalized products

    • Items marked as non-returnable due to hygiene reasons


2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned, including:

  • Items marked as clearance or final sale

  • Gift cards or store credits

  • Customized leather products or made-to-order jackets

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or alterations not done by House Of Leather


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).


4. Exchanges

We know you might change your mind about size or style. That’s why we offer easy exchanges:

  • You may exchange your product for a different size, color, or style (subject to availability).

  • Exchanges are processed once we receive your original item in acceptable condition.

  • If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue you a store credit or refund.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective in quality

  • Different from what you ordered

Please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the product. We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking.

  • If we provide a prepaid return label (only in certain cases), the cost will be deducted from your refund.


7. How to Start a Return

  • Once shipped, the order falls under our standard return policy.


9. Store Credit Option

If you prefer, instead of a refund to your original payment method, we can issue you a store credit or gift card that can be used for future purchases at House Of Leather.


10. International Returns

For international customers:

  • Return shipping costs, customs fees, and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds will be issued only for the product cost (excluding shipping, duties, and taxes).
